This is such a great list. Thanks for visiting my TT. CS Lewis and Judy Blume were two of my favourite authors growing up.

Yes, Judy Blume rocks -- I read her when I was growing up. Thanks for a great list -- I'll have to check out the authors I haven't heard of.

Happy TT, and thanks for visiting my blog!

Some of my favourite books growing up were Judy Blume's. It's very cool to see my oldest daughter start to read them now. Great list!

Oh Betsy Byars. I loved Summer of the Swans and The Cybil War. Did you ever seen the After School Special they made of Swans? Good memories... And love CS Lewis, too. -Jennifer http://dogyarnknit.blogspot.com

Oh wow, I just love C.S. Lewis! I've read that series a million times! And of course, Judy Blume ...

I really need to read more YA. It's fun stuff, even if you're not a YA, LOL!

Have you ever tried Susan Vaught? She's fabulous, touchy subjects handled perfectly.

As for Judy Blume, to this day I remember reading her books as a child...may she never stop :-)

Great list of authors! :) My mom really enjoys books by C.S. Lewis and Philip Pullman. She also read a lot of Judy Blume when she was young.

Thanks for visiting!
